Flight Pass allows you to pre-purchase a bulk number of flight tickets at a discount and enjoy the flexibility of deciding on travel dates and booking flights later. The more flights you buy, the greater savings you enjoy.
•	Customise your Flight Pass to best suit your travel needs. Choose your desired travel destination(s), number of flights, number of passengers who can book and fly using the Flight Pass, travel period, fare type, etc.
•	Book any flight subject to your selected Advance Booking condition (minimum number of days before departure), seat availability in the booking classes of your selected fare type and your Flight Pass terms and conditions.
•	Lock in your fare. No additional surcharges even if price of flight tickets increases in the future.
•	Pool and share your Flight Pass with family, friends or co-workers.
•	A great travel solution for both leisure and business travel. Fly more, enjoy greater savings per flight, and save time and effort in flight planning and booking.

For all Flight Passes, at least one passenger name needs to be added during purchase. Names of all remaining passengers should be provided within 24 hours, but customers with a valid SQ corporate ID can enjoy additional flexibility of providing these remaining names anytime after the purchase (up to the point of flight booking). You can add your SQ corporate ID on the "Review" page during the Flight Pass purchase.

Flight Pass allows you to customise any of the below parameters to suit your unique travel needs, be it for leisure or business.
•	Travel Zone - Add one or more destinations you want to fly to.
•	Number of passengers - Number of people who can share the Flight Pass. You may choose up to 30 depending on the number of flights in the Flight Pass. The fewer the passengers, the more savings you enjoy.
•	Number of flights - Choose within the range of 6 to 120 flights. The more flights you buy, the more savings you enjoy. A round-trip booking for one passenger requires 2 flight credits.
•	Travel Period - The eligible period for flight departure. Choose between 6, 12 or 18 months. The shorter the Travel Period, the more savings you enjoy. For instance, choosing a Travel Period of 6 months gives you more savings than 12 months.
•	Advance Booking - How early in advance a flight must be booked before travel. Choose within the range of 7 to 120 days. The earlier you can book the flight before departure, the more savings you enjoy. For example, choosing a 120 days Advance Booking condition gives you more savings than 14 days.
•	Fare Type - Each Fare Type offers a different range of Advance Booking selection and Flight Pass conditions for flight changes and cancellations, frequent flyer miles, etc. Select Lite, Standard or Flexi according to your travel needs. •	Keep your Travel Zone focused - Select a Flight Pass with destinations where you would want to travel to.
•	Minimise the number of passengers - The fewer the passengers, the more savings you enjoy.
•	Maximise the number of flights - The more flights you add to your Flight Pass, the more savings you enjoy. Try combining your travel needs with your family, friends or co-workers to buy a Flight Pass with more flights and share with each other.
•	Minimise your Travel Period - The shorter the Travel Period, the more savings you enjoy. For instance, choosing a Travel Period of 6 months gives you more savings than 12 months.
•	Choose a higher Advance Booking condition - The earlier you can book the flight before departure, the cheaper the fare. Select the highest Advance Booking condition suitable for your travel needs to minimise your flight fare. For example, an Advance Booking selection of 120 days gives you more savings than 14 days.
•	Use Lite or Standard Fare Type - Lite is the cheapest option, followed by Standard Fare Type. If you are happy with the conditions of Lite or Standard Fare Type, then you may choose them to get a lower fare.

•	When purchasing your Flight Pass, choose more flights and passengers to share it with your family, friends or co-workers. You can choose within the range of 6 to 120 flights, and up to 30 passengers.
•	The maximum number of passengers allowed to share a Flight Pass depends on the number of flights selected. The more flights included in a Flight Pass, the more passengers allowed to share it. For a Flight Pass with only 1 passenger, you can buy 6 flights. For 2 passengers and above, there must be at least 4 flights per passenger. To illustrate, up to 10 passengers can share a Flight Pass with 40 flights.
•	There are no restrictions on the number of flight bookings allowed per passenger. Each passenger can travel alone or with one or more of the other passengers on any trip.
•	Each passenger of a Flight Pass must be above the age of 2 years. A separate ticket will need to be purchased for an infant passenger during flight booking. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept infant passengers within the first 48 hours of their birth. Air travel is also not recommended for infants seven days of age or under. Each travelling infant or child must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who is at least 18 years of age.
•	Passenger information required to share a Flight Pass - At least one name needs to be added during Flight Pass purchase. Names of all remaining passengers should be provided within 24 hours of Flight Pass purchase; customers with a valid SQ corporate ID can enjoy additional flexibility of providing these remaining names anytime after Flight Pass purchase (up to the point of flight booking).
•	The following details are required for each passenger: name, email address, gender, date of birth, mobile number and frequent flyer programme (if applicable).

Flight Pass offers all the standard amenities and facilities associated with your selected cabin as included with the airline service.

Travel Zone defines the set of routes included in the Flight Pass. Click on Travel Zone on the home page for the latest full list of available routes or fill in your desired origin and destination(s) to filter for the relevant options. Currently, for Singapore Airlines, the Flight Pass is available for round-trip travel originating from Singapore only. We wish to launch more routes soon. You can select more destinations for more flexibility in your travel plans.

Number of Passengers refers to the total number of passengers who can book and fly using the Flight Pass. The fewer passengers you add to your Flight Pass, the more savings you enjoy. Currently for Singapore Airlines, you may choose up to 30 number of passengers depending on the number of flights in the Flight Pass.

Number of Flights refers to the total number of flights that can be booked with the Flight Pass. Currently for Singapore Airlines, the Flight Pass allows for only round-trip bookings, and two flights are required to book a round-trip for each passenger. The more flights you add to your Flight Pass, the more savings you enjoy.

Travel Period defines the time period during which you can travel using the Flight Pass. The departure dates of all flights booked using the Flight Pass should be within the Travel Period, from the start date. Start date must be within the next 365 days from date of pass purchase. Select a later start date if you are undecided on your first flight or a longer Travel Period for greater flexibility. The shorter the Travel Period, the more savings you enjoy.

Advance Booking refers to the minimum number of days prior to flight departure before which the flight must be booked using the Flight Pass. Select within the range of 7 to 120 days before departure according to your travel needs. The earlier you can book the flight before departure, the cheaper the fare. The Advance Booking parameter is linked to the Fare Type parameter for Flight Pass, as shown below. •	Select a shorter Advance Booking for greater flexibility or a longer Advance Booking for greater savings.

Flight Pass allows you to book any flight that is available on the Singapore Airlines website, subject to seat availability in your booking classes. The applicable booking classes depends on the Fare Type you have selected for your Flight Pass. No. Flight Pass has no hidden restrictions and no hidden fees. Book any flight subject to seat availability, Advance Booking condition and your Flight Pass conditions. Even if the market fare of a flight increases, you do not have to pay additional surcharges. Your Flight Pass is governed by the conditions you select at the time of your Flight Pass purchase.

No additional amount needs to be paid for the flight fare. However, additional service requests such as advance seat selection and additional baggage may be chargeable as per Singapore Airline's policy.

Change of Travel Period start date is allowed only for fully unused pass, and the new Travel Period start dates must be within 365 days from the Flight Pass purchase date. You can perform unlimited changes to your Flight Pass as long each is within their respective allowable changes, combining changes across parameters. In the event that you did not change your flight directly with Optiontown by using the Flight Pass account, then your account may still reflect your older flight before it was changed. Yes, you can. To pay via Wire Transfer or Bank Transfer, choose Bank Transfer as the payment mode at the time of Flight Pass purchase. You will receive an email with details of the bank account where you can send in your payment.
