When you want to carry your special baggage, you can rest assured that we will take the very best care of them. Our Special baggage option offers you to fly with your sports equipment and musical Instruments. Now you can fly with your special items at up to 50% less than the normal price. You can avail our option if you have a confirmed booking with any of our airline partners. You can choose the type, weight and size of the special items that you can carry with our Special Baggage Option. The types and size of baggage will vary with the airline that you are flying. Please check the detailed Special Baggage conditions for your airline.

How does it work?

	If you are booked with any of our airline partners, retrieve your booking by entering your details (PNR and Last name).
	Sign-up for Special Baggage Option by selecting the special bag you want to carry and paying a nominal price.
	You will be notified via email of your Special Baggage assignment within 12 hours. If not assigned, your Special Baggage price will be refunded to you within 5 days.

Steps to buy Special Baggage Option:

Visit Optiontown.com and select Special Baggage Option.
Enter your booking details (PNR or booking reference, passenger last name and email) to retrieve your booking. If you don't have your PNR handy, use the 'Advanced Search' to retrieve your booking details.
Select the preferred type of special baggage on any one or more flights in your booking.
Pay a small Sign-up price and a nominal SBo Price (in this way enjoying up to 75% savings compared to regular Special Baggage price).
Review and make the payment.
You will be notified via email about your Special Baggage status within 12 hours. If you are not assigned Special Baggage, the SBo price will be fully and automatically refunded within five business days of your flight.
